Ancestor: HL7Connect.Cda.CDABase

Sections can nest, can override context propagated from the header, and can contain narrative and CDA entries.

The section has an ID attribute. This attribute serves as the target of a linkHtml reference in narrative. All values of attributes of type XML ID must be unique within the document (per the W3C XML specification).

Properties

HL7Connect.Cda.II id;
   l version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

HL7Connect.Cda.CD code;
   The code specifying the particular kind of section (e.g. Chief Complaint, Review of Systems, Assessment). The value set is drawn from LOINC, and has a CWE coding strength.

HL7Connect.Cda.ST title;
   Represents the label of a section. If valued, it is to be rendered as part of the narrative content of the clinical document body.

HL7Connect.Cda.SDText text;
   Used to store narrative to be rendered. Also referred to as the CDA Narrative Block

HL7Connect.Cda.CD confidentialityCode;
   A value for Section.confidentialityCode overrides the value propagated from StructuredBody

HL7Connect.Cda.CS languageCode;
   l version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

HL7Connect.Cda.Subject subject;
   The subject participant represents the primary target of the entries recorded in the document or section. Most of the time the subject is the same as the recordTarget, but need not be, for instance when the subject is a fetus observed in an obstetrical ultrasound.

The subject participant can be ascribed to a CDA section or a CDA entry. It propagates to nested components, unless overridden. The subject of a document is presumed to be the patient.

IList<HL7Connect.Cda.Author> author;
   Represents the humans and/or machines that authored the document or section

IList<HL7Connect.Cda.Informant12> informant;
   An informant (or source of information) is a person that provides relevant information, such as the parent of a comatose patient who describes the patient's behavior prior to the onset of coma.

IList<HL7Connect.Cda.Entry> entry;
   The relationship between a section and its entries is encoded in the intervening "entry" Act Relationship.

IList<HL7Connect.Cda.ComponentSect> component;
   The "component" Act Relationship is used to nest content. Context propagates to nested content

string ID_;
   XML ID - target of an ID reference in the structured text.

Note that in XML this is the "ID" attribute, but has been renamed for the sake of some non-case sensitive implementations

string classCode;
   l version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

string moodCode;
   l version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
