Called by an outgoing scripted message interface when a message is to be sent. The script must populate a reply message, and set the return status.
|A handle to the message that is being sent. The script is responsible for what happens to the message when this event is used.|
|A handle to a prebuilt ACK answer message to the message to be sent. If the script wants, it can modify this message. If an error condition arises, the script can throw an exception, which will be treated as a message error (AE) by the kernel. If this doesn't give quite enough control over the kernel behaviour, the script can change the values of the MSA segment of the ReplyMessage|
