Ancestor: HL7Connect.Exchange.MessageOut

When HL7Connect hosts a COM plugin that receives messages from HL7Connect, it will create an object that must implement this interface. HL7Connect will always send both source and message object.

void Start(HL7Connect.Services.Access services);
   Allows the implementation to initialise itself. Start is always called first after the interface is created;

void Prestop();
   notification that Stop will shortly be called. No further messages will be sent after pre-stop is called

void Stop();
   Allows the implementation to clean up. Stop is not usually called while a message is being processed, but this may happen if a message is taking unusually long to process (>30seconds) or there is some other error condition. No further calls will be made to the interface under any conditions. The interface is always released after Stop is called.
