When does the evaluation period expire?
The Evaluation Licence Certificate is valid for 30 days from the date of installation. HL7Connect has a countdown function, which displays the days remaining until the licence expires, on the status (main) page of HL7Connect.
Does the trial version have all the features of a fully licensed version of HL7Connect?
The trial version of HL7Connect has all the functions and features of a fully licensed version of HL7Connect, with the sole exception that it will not support configuration packaging, however it will only function for the period of the Evaluation Licence.
What happens when my Evaluation Licence Certificate expires?
When your Evaluation Licence Certificate expires, HL7Connect will cease to function, unless a Full Licence Certificate is purchased. Full Licence Certificates can be purchased from www.hl7connect.com/secure/purchase
What happens if I don't have time to evaluate HL7Connect during the 30 days?

Will I lose my trial version settings when I install a Full Licence Certificate?
No, nothing will be lost. When the Full Licence Certificate has been installed, HL7Connect can be used, and will have retained the interfaces and settings configured during the evaluation period.
How can I upgrade from an Evaluation License Certificate to a Full License Certificate?
Once you have decided to purchase a Full Licence Certificate, you can obtain the certificate from www.hl7connect.com/secure/purchase. Instructions for installing the certificate upgrade are provided, and you will not need to upgrade either the HL7Connect service or the database. NOTE:You do not need to wait for the evaluation period to expire before upgrading to a Full Licence Certificate.
Can I un-install HL7Connect?
Yes, you can un-install HL7Connect, by using the Add/Remove Programs icon, in the Control Panel of the computer, on which you have installed HL7Connect. The Remove-HL7Connect wizard is launched, which will remove HL7Connect (see FAQ's for more details).
Where can I get help, once I have downloaded and installed the trial version of HL7Connect?
