How do I get more out of HL7Connect?
HL7Connect users that subscribe to HL7Connect Member Services become part of a
global HL7 community.
As well as providing a forum to keep you in touch with
other HL7Connect users, additional information and services related to HL7 and HL7Connect are also provided.
Member Services can be purchased by individuals as well as organizations. Organizations
can register multiple staff members as HL7Connect Members, for the cost of a single
Member Services subscription.
Owning a HL7Connect license is a pre-requisite for
subscribing to Member Services.

Subscription to HL7Connect Member Services provides access to:

Email support services.
HL7Connect Members can submit support requests via email, or the HL7Connect website.
|

|
Consulting services.
Phone support, and scripting services can be purchased on an hourly rate.

Emailing List.
HL7Connect Members can join the HL7Connect Members Email List and communicate
ideas, information and queries about HL7Connect and HL7, with other users around the world.

|
Emailing List Archives.
Members can search the Email List Archives to review issues previously discussed.

|
License and Membership Details.
HL7Connect Members can view HL7Connect license details, including subscription
expiry date, and details of users registered as members by your organization.
The "Key User" for an organization can manage the HL7Connect Membership lists
for your organization.

|
Bug Reports.
HL7Connect Members can view the list of reported and resolved bugs, and submit
new bug reports via the HL7Connect website.

|
Feature Requests.
Subscribed members can submit requests for new HL7Connect features via the
HL7Connect website.
|
|
|
Download Current Version of HL7Connect.
Subscribed members have access to upgrade to the latest version of HL7Connect.

Renewals
Member Services subscriptions must be renewed at or prior to their expiry date,
in order to ensure continuity of Member Services.

How do I register?
- If you work for an organization that owns a licensed copy of HL7Connect,
and has a current membership subscription, ask your HL7Connect key user
to create a user account for you.
- If you do not own a licensed copy of HL7Connect, or have not subscribed
to Member Services, you can purchase HL7Connect or arrange subscription
via the Purchasing Page
